I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), gym owner, life coach, speaker, and a woman who hit her own crossroads and decided to stop waiting for the right moment.
My coaching isn’t therapy — it’s something different. It’s the conversation you wish you could have with someone who genuinely gets it. Someone who’s warm, honest, and won’t let you play small. Someone who’s done the work herself.
